Vermilion hopes for 2nd look in Ohio National Guard camo uniforms

Before we dive into this week’s matchups – fans in Vermilion are in for a real treat as the Sailors host Clearview.
Sailors head coach Brett Colahan has teamed up with the Ohio National Guard as his team will be one of eight statewide to sport camouflage jersey’s representing the military branch. A look he says hopes gives his team a spark on Friday night.

Sgt. Maj. Sprankle says guard recruiters will also be on hand with information about the mission of the Ohio Army National Guard, as well as providing an inflatable tunnel for Vermilion to run thru onto the field before the game.
Up next in Lorain County – Week 10 – Elyria will carry the National Guard symbol of support for the community as the Pioneers host Solon on November 1st.
