ROCKY RIVER – The Cleveland Storm took a D-V matchup against the Wolves, 5-4 in OT on Sunday at Hamilton Ice Arena.

Four goals for center Allan Ritvo, including the game winner on a breakaway in the first posession of OT. He’s in his first season with the Storm after playing the previous six with the D-IV Crusaders. The team’s lead scorer, Justin Sisko scored his 11th goal, giving him 20 points on the season.

Storm forward Greg Turvey marked his return to the ice after two months due to injury with an assist on the second goal of the game.

For the Wolves, it was feast or famine. All four of their scores came in the third period, two apiece by Bandon Szabo and Ken Duthie.

The Storm (5-7-1-0) are off until Tuesday, February, 11 vs. the Trash Pandas (0-12) at Barons Bus Arena in Parma. The puck drops at 10:15 pm.

It doesn’t get easier for the Wolves (5-6-0-2). Despite maintaining a one-point lead over the Storm in the standings, they take on the first-place Pucking Platypus at Barons Bus Arena, Sunday, February 9th. That one starts at 8:45 pm.
